My name is Carolina Lupa, a Virginia-licensed REALTOR® with Samson Properties, proudly serving clients throughout Northern Virginia. My background is closely connected to the home industry. I grew up around my family’s construction and remodeling business, where I developed a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship, investment, and personal meaning behind every property. Before real estate, I began my studies in medicine, motivated by a strong desire to help others.
